My work is about identity, memory, and the quiet stories that shape who we are. I draw from personal experiences, using symbolism and layered imagery to explore how our memories are shaped not just by what happened, but by culture, family and friends, and the world around us. I’m interested in the space where personal history overlaps with shared experience.

I work across printmaking, drawing, collage, watercolor, ink, and photography. Layering is an important part of my process—both visually and conceptually. I build up surfaces with marks, textures, and fragments, similar to how memories form over time: added to, altered, and sometimes partially hidden. Collage lets me physically piece images together, creating works that feel constructed, collected, and rebuilt.

At its core, my practice is about putting things together—moments, materials, and stories—to better understand myself and the environments I move through. Making art helps me slow down and pay attention. It’s a way of reflecting on identity and connecting personal experience to the larger narratives that shape us all.
